Facilities Coordinator

Victoria Baths are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our small and friendly team of ten staff, starting in Summer 2024. This is a hands-on physical role and, you will need experience in room/event setup and takedown, cleaning, basic building maintenance, great customer service skills, a working knowledge of Health & Safety, and basic use of Microsoft Office.

The role includes completing Health & Safety, security, and building checks, acting as a keyholder, event setup/takedown and cleaning, basic maintenance and repairs, and monitoring/reordering of cleaning supplies. The job description and application form are available to download below.

Salary:£14,577 per annum (£24,294 pro-rata)
Hours:Part-time, 21 hours per week, flexible days/times
Employed by:Victoria Baths Trust
Reporting to:Facilities Manager
