Finance Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our small and friendly team of ten staff starting as soon as possible. You must have experience working with QuickBooks (or similar), charity bookkeeping, payroll, cash flow, budgets, Gift Aid, VAT Returns, and management accounts. Some remote working is possible.

The post holder will be responsible for managing all of the charity’s financial activities, supporting financial planning, funding activities, and strategic management, acting as Company Secretary, and line managing one person.

Salary Scale: £20,900 pro-rata of a full-time salary of £34,834 (NJC pay-scale SCP 26)
Hours: 21 hours per week (full-time being 35 hours per week)
Employed by: Victoria Baths Trust and Victoria Baths Trading
Reporting to: CEO
Closing Date: Wednesday 18 September 2024
