Victoria Baths Director

The Victoria Baths Trust is seeking a new leader with strategic vision grounded in project management, to take Victoria Baths forward.

The new Director will lead a team of ten current staff covering events, building, finance, and engagement, and a project sponsor to be appointed. You will work with the staff team, Trustees and volunteers to drive our new strategic objectives and bring our values to life.

In brief, we’re looking for someone who will be responsible for developing, managing, and building the reputation of Victoria Baths as a cultural events space, visitor attraction, and vital community resource set within a historic building.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a mid-career leader in the heritage or events sector to make their mark.

Facilities Coordinator

Victoria Baths are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our small and friendly team of ten staff, starting in Summer 2024. This is a hands-on physical role and, you will need experience in room/event setup and takedown, cleaning, basic building maintenance, great customer service skills, a working knowledge of Health & Safety, and basic use of Microsoft Office.

The role includes completing Health & Safety, security, and building checks, acting as a keyholder, event setup/takedown and cleaning, basic maintenance and repairs, and monitoring/reordering of cleaning supplies. The job description and application form are available to download below.
