FAQs

  • How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

Ring Victoria Baths on 0161 224 2020 during office hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm) or email enquiries@victoriabaths.org.uk

  • What’s the refund policy?

Tickets can be refunded in full up to 72 hours before the event – please request via TicketSource.

  • Do I have to bring my ticket(s) to the event?

Yes please, you will be asked to show your ticket(s) at the Welcome Desk – either on a mobile phone or a printout is fine. Don’t forget your Friends membership card if you have one.

  • Do I have to buy an online ticket?

Tickets for SpringFest are also available on the day at the door, subject to availability. Guided Tour tickets sell out fast, so we recommend booking in advance.

Tickets for the SpringFest evening event ‘Victoria Baths Presents… She Drew The Gun’ are available online only.

  • Is it OK if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?

Yes, this is fine.

  • Why do you have two entry prices?

Victoria Baths Trust is a registered charity and does not receive any core funding from the government. We therefore depend heavily upon donations to carry out our work.

The admission price of £7 and Tour + Admission price of £11 includes a voluntary donation, and if you are a UK taxpayer you can enable us to claim the tax back on the whole amount paid (£7 or £11) as part of the Gift Aid scheme. This is worth an extra 25p for every £1 paid, which means that your donation will provide even more support for our vital preservation work.

We are enormously grateful for every donation received, regardless of value. Each person who supports the Trust becomes part of our unique history and, more importantly, our future.

If you feel you can support us in this way please complete the Gift Aid Declaration form at the Welcome Desk on your arrival. Payment of the additional £1 donation is entirely voluntary.

  • Is Victoria Baths accessible?

There is an access ramp at the main entrance and an accessible toilet and baby change facilities. The ground floor is completely accessible, including the Café and Gift Shop. Currently, we do not have 1st-floor lift access. If you need help during your visit, please speak to the staff or a volunteer, who all wear name badges. Blue Badge holders can park directly in front of the building.

  • Are children welcome at this event?

For the SpringFest daytime event yes! Tickets for under 18s are free of charge. There is a baby changing table situated next to the accessible toilet, and a children’s activity area.

For ‘Victoria Baths Presents… an evening with special guests She Drew The Gun, the entry is 18+ only.

  • Can I take photographs at the event?

Photography and filming for personal use are permitted anywhere inside the building unless otherwise stated. Photos taken inside may not be sold or used for commercial gain. We will be taking photographs for publicity at the event; if you would prefer not to be photographed please ask at the Welcome Desk for a wristband.
