Rides for Women, 3 March 2024
March 3 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Join Station South and partners for a ride to remember to Celebrate International Women’s Day in cycling style!
For the second year in a row, Station South is collaborating with some of Manchester’s fantastic women-led cycling communities: Bee Pedal Ready, Bird Outdoors, Lady Pedal and Moston Cycling Club, Joyriders, Al-Hilal Communities, and Manley Bike Train.
Each group will be setting off from their Manchester base for a short ‘host’ ride to meet at the Pankhurst Statue in the city centre. From there, we head around town together… and celebrate: on wheels!
The Main Ride will consist of all the host rides joining together as one, where we will weave around the City Centre taking in a park or two and ending at the very special Victoria Baths for a post-ride celebration hang out and [free!] refreshments.
Find out more information about the events, and the host rides here.
Make sure to check out the information to confirm where the rides start from and book your ticket accordingly, however, if you’d prefer to – feel free just to meet us in town [check out ‘Main Ride’ tickets].
Don’t own a bike or can’t ride and want to join? Check our the FAQs here.
Are you a female cycling group or individual and fancy getting involved?
