As evening light filters through the stained-glass windows of Victoria Baths, join Debbie Cowley of Rooted Soul Yoga for a calming 75-minute practice designed to help you unwind and settle into the quieter rhythms of the evening.
Surrounded by the history and stillness of this iconic building, we’ll explore mindful movement, breathwork (pranayama) and meditation, creating space to release tension and reconnect with ourselves. The unique atmosphere of Victoria Baths offers the perfect backdrop for slowing down, breathing deeply and finding a moment of calm amidst busy lives.

Debbie’s inclusive teaching style welcomes everybody. Adaptations and alternatives are offered throughout, ensuring the session is accessible to all bodies, including neurodivergent participants, disabled people (physical, sensory or learning disabled), beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
